Quality and natural taste are not created in the laboratory and not by using additives. Good wine is a natural product and is created in the vineyard. Thus disputed winemaking techniques such as the use of wood chips, technical concentration and similar things contradict our understanding of how wine is to be made. We have rejected them entirely.
Full of character and uniqueness
We understand a good wine to be more than just the sum of as many good qualities as possible. Rather it has accents, qualities and can even be provocative. Thus it defines its character and reflects the area where it was grown, the year of harvest and the vintner's signature.
The result of our efforts are wines full of character, shaped by their terroir, and representative for their varietals. We are not searching for extremes but the means to combine individual qualities into a harmonised whole.
