Our Rosé wines are processed from the juice that is separated from our best red wines after the crush. The volume is calculated according to the quality and the requirements of each year.
Quality needs time
The juice of each grape variety is fermented separately and very slowly with low temperature which supports the primary fruit aromas. Afterwards the following 3 variets are blent: Zweigelt with its aroma of berries of the wood, Blaufräl;nkisch with its aroma of blackberries and Cabernet Sauvignon with its aroma of gooseberries and red currant.
